Customer One


Mercedes-Benz is known as one of the most recognizable brands in the world, synonymous with customer service. Despite being known for the highest levels of care, they are constantly innovating new ways to enhance the customer experience.

2012 marks the beginning of a new program titled “Customer One”. This initiative is designed at making Mercedes-Benz employees and dealers more customer focused than ever before, with an emphasis on always going the extra step to make purchasing a Mercedes-Benz one of the most enjoyable experiences in the world.

Over 3 staggered days in May, almost the entire staff at Aristocrat Motors will be in Denver for Customer One training. We hope to learn new ways to enhance the customer experience and to come back with a refreshing look at how Mercedes-Benz envisions customer service.
