On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of last week the entire
Mercedes-Benz staff here at Aristocrat Motors flew to Denver, CO for a new
Mercedes-Benz customer service initiative titled Customer One. This interactive program was geared towards improving
every step of your experience while buying a Mercedes-Benz.
A major highlight of the event was a focus on Mercedes-Benz
heritage. Known as the brand that invented the car, Carl Benz filed the patent
for an automobile 125 years ago. Since then Mercedes-Benz has been the global
innovator in automobiles creating everything from ABS brakes to Traction
Control, to the more recent innovations of PRE-SAFE and Attention Assist. In
fact, Mercedes-Benz has filed 80,000 patents since it began in 1886. That’s 2
per day for the last 125 years!
In addition to covering the rich history behind
Mercedes-Benz, we explored stories of how other luxury retailers delight their
customers. Using examples from Nordstrom, Mont Blanc, and others, we came up
with new ways to make the customer experience a special time for everyone that walks
in our door.
Here at Aristocrat Motors we have always prided ourselves on
the highest level of customer service, but like Mercedes-Benz, we can never
stop innovating. That’s why we make the same promise to you that Carl Benz made
