Today at Jaguar Merriam we received some exciting news from
Jaguar North America! It appears that over the next year, Jaguar will be
introducing two new engines for existing and future products.
The first will be a turbocharged 4 cylinder producing 240
horsepower, which will be available globally on a range of vehicles.
The second, a supercharged V6 motor will be available,
making either 340 or 380 horsepower. The 380 hp version will be featured
exclusively in the new Jaguar F-Type, arriving to dealers in 2013. The F-Type
will be Jaguar’s new entry coupe and convertible that promises to highlight the
dedication of performance that Jaguar is known for.
We look forward to these new engine options, as well as the
arrival of all-wheel drive to the Jaguar lineup in the coming year.
